🍎 New season, new routines, same need for great coverage! September is the perfect time to check in on your insurance needs and make sure your coverage still fits your life. Let’s connect and make sure you’re ready for whatever fall brings! 🍁📋

Welcome to the Karmen Ward State Farm Agent office in Portland, IN, your local insurance resource proudly serving the community since 2014. With over 37 years of experience in the insurance industry, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to help people, families, and business owners protect what matters most. Our office serves customers across Indiana and Ohio, including Dunkirk, Redkey, Winchester, Bluffton, and communities throughout Jay County, Adams County, and Randolph County and beyond.

Insurance needs don’t stay the same forever, and that’s where we come in. Whether you’re reviewing your Auto Insurance before your next road trip, making sure your Home Insurance still fits your lifestyle, or looking into Renters Insurance or Condo Insurance as life changes, my team is here to help. We also offer Life Insurance to support your family’s future, Business Insurance for fellow small business owners, and even Pet Insurance for your four-legged family members, because they’re family too.

Creating a welcoming, supportive office environment is important to me. I grew up in nearby Randolph County and take pride in serving my neighbors in Portland, IN and surrounding areas. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have been married for over 21 years, and we’re proud parents of two daughters and grandparents to two beautiful grandchildren. I also love golfing, baking, and working on creative projects like quilting.

Please give us a call or stop by our pet-friendly office, I’d love the opportunity to connect and help you find coverage that fits your life!
